倒挂金钟
这种花名叫“倒挂金钟”，有些地方也叫灯笼花、吊钟海棠等，花市里常见的观花植物，为柳叶菜科直立生长半灌木，是木本而非草本，盆栽一般只有20-40公分高，枝繁叶茂的，不仅花色美艳，还是优秀的观叶绿植，深受国内外花友追捧，中国西北、西南地区比较多见，是重要的室内观花植物。
花似灯笼

养护需要点技巧
倒挂金钟优点明显，缺点也很明显，有着“夏必死”之称，不耐热、不耐晒，喜欢昼夜温差大、凉爽的生长环境，西北、西南地区和北方地区，就很好养活，长三角、两广等夏季酷热的地方，就不太“好过”。这是环境的问题，与人的养花技术无关。不过也不是没有办法，给夏季酷热的地区的朋友一点建议：
夏天不要碰，要养也是等夏天过去，秋天到来再养。除了夏季，其他三季倒挂金钟还算好打理，和其他绿植差不多，可以全日晒，干透浇水，就差不多了。
其次，度夏准备。土壤要疏松、沥水快的，夏天到来之际，及时把你家的倒挂金钟剃头了，枝叶少些，能减少些蒸发，同时放回阴凉、通风的屋檐下，必要时刻放回室内吹空调。千万不能晒，一晒，加上水分蒸发满，一热一湿，很可能就没了。
第三，扦插小苗备份，小苗比母株更容易度夏。小苗养护得当，到了秋天也能长大了，母株没了，后代还在，不亏。

吊挂金钟到了花期，开出的花朵犹如一盏盏小灯笼，非常的漂亮，所以大家都形象地称它为“灯笼花”。
灯笼花不耐高温，夏天的时候需要把它放在比较凉爽的环境中养护，不然是很难度过炎热夏天的。一旦进入秋季，植株就开始快速生长，这时只要给它做好水肥和光照方面的养护管理，植株很快就孕育花蕾开花。
1、修剪一下枯枝黄叶
入秋后随着气温的逐步下降，植株也开始进入快速生长期，这时也应开始加强养护管理，好让它快速生长发育，去孕蕾开花。
首先要给它修剪一下枯黄的枝叶，并把徒长的瘦小枝进行疏剪，把杂乱稠密的枝条修剪以后，可以增加它的通风透光性。秋天修剪幅度不宜过大，可简单修剪一下徒长的枝叶，以及枯枝黄叶。
2、多让植株接受光照
吊挂金钟很怕高温的花卉，夏天的时候要为其做好遮阴防晒，把盆栽也转移到阴凉通风处养护。入秋以后，植株开始恢复正常的生长，这时也要开始让它接受阳光照射。
植株只有在光照充足的条件下，才能大量萌发新枝条，并尽快孕蕾开花。当长期缺少光照时，开花质量也会受到一定的影响。所以秋冬季节应把盆栽放在阳光充足的地方，让植株充分接受阳光照射，才能开花更多更艳丽。
3、保持水分充足
在植株生长旺盛时期，不要让7盆内土壤太过干燥，否则也会影响植株生长新枝叶。最好见盆土表面干了就及时给它补充水分，使盆土保持在微湿的状态，才能促使植株快速生长发育。当然浇水也能过于频繁，不要让盆内出现积水，不然也容易造成烂根和黄叶。
当养护环境非常干燥时，也要注意增加环境的湿度，可以经常向盆栽周围洒水，增加空气的湿度，以防止叶子出现干焦。
4、合理的施肥增加开花量
很多吊挂金钟到了花期会开花很少，即使开花后也很快就会掉落，这多是因为养分供应不足所致。在生长期间应定期给它施肥补充养分，秋天以后应多给它施一些磷钾元素含量高的肥料，比如可以每半月给它施一次花多多二号或者磷酸二氢钾溶液，都能够促使植株增加孕蕾开花量。
